Selling or Buying Property?

A Re-Sale Certificate is required prior to settlement for all residential dwellings.  Non-residential re-sales or change in tenant need to apply for and obtain a zoning permit. 

• Submit fee with application.  Fee is per unit.
• Re-Inspection fee is required as the result of a failed inspection.
• Any work done without permits or violations determined by the Township will need to be corrected before an approved Certificate is issued.
• Inspections can be done via lockbox if the Property is vacant or electronically monitored.
• Certificate is only valid 30-days from date of issuance.
