Who is responsible for maintaining sidewalk, driveway apron, and curb
The property owner is responsible for abutting sidewalk, driveway apron and/or curb maintenance and replacement. Property owners must complete a Street Excavation and Occupancy Permit prior to replacing driveway pipe, driveway apron, or curb abutting their property.
