Right-of-Way
Right-of-Way is land set aside for use as a street, ally or other means of travel and is to be kept clear for the public use.
It may not be used for storage of vehicles, trash, building materials, heavy equipment, recreational vehicles or any other items.
No trees, shrubs or plants are to be placed in the right-of-way by property owners.
