Dead Tree in Right-of-Way:

• Notify the Township by email with photos of the tree and the distance from the center of the road.  

Live Street Tree:

• In a development where a sidewalk has lifted at least two inches (2") as the result of street tree roots, submit a request in writing with photographs for review by Township staff.  Once the healthy street tree has been approved for removal, a $1,500.00 escrow from the property owner is required to guarantee the sidewalk is repaired within 6 months of street tree removal.  Once the sidewalk has been repaired and inspected by the Township submit a return of escrow funds form and the escrow is returned according to the current fee schedule.
