Real Estate Tax Collection

The Tax Collector is an elected official of the Township.  It is the responsibility of the Tax Collector to collect all County, Township, School, and other taxes within the Township which are levied by the authorities empowered to do so.

Township/County tax bill is mailed March 1 annually. School tax bill is mailed July 1 annually.  

These bills are mailed to the property owner and need to be reviewed and forwarded to your mortgage company or financial institution if taxes are escrowed.

Payment in Person:  2037 Hill Road, Sellersville.  It is the 2nd driveway off of Three Mile Run Road with a dropbox available on the garage.  Cash is not accepted.  Homeowners are encouraged to pay by mail or use the drop box.  If a receipt is needed, include a self-addressed stamped envelope with both copies of the bill.
