- Automatic ACH Recurring Payment Form to East Rockhill
- Pay by Phone 833-505-8155, no registration required. Have the PIN and ID located on your utility bill available when you call.
PAYMENT PORTALS:
When making your online payment, be sure to enter the property location or billing account number. Processing convenience fees will be applied.

Payments by check or money order can be placed in the drive-up drop box located in front of the Municipal Office, emptied daily.

East Rockhill Township offers the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa credit cards for payments. The payment processing company charges a convenience fee to cardholders who use this service. East Rockhill does not accept credit card payments via telephone.
MADE ONLINE
Now you can pay your Township fees from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa. A per transaction convenience fee will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
ELECTRONIC CHECK PAYMENTS
Electronic Check Payments are available to sewer and street light customers by setting up in the citizen action center. A per transaction $1.50 convenience fee will be charged by the payment processing company for this service. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number.
To not incur a payment processing convenience fee, sewer and street light customers can submit an Automatic ACH Recurring Payment form to East Rockhill.
PAY BY PHONE PAYMENTS
Sewer or Street Light customers can call 833-505-8155 to submit a payment. A per transaction convenience fee will be charged by the payment processing company for this service. No registration is required. Have the PIN and ID located on your sewer bill when you call.
