As a result of public comment to the March 2020 Draft Comprehensive Plan, the Proposed Future Land Use map has been revised.
The October 2020 Comprehensive Plan draft which is a vital document that guides the growth in the Township has been posted. The second 45-day review period started October 2, 2020. The next meeting to accept public comment will take place October 8, 2020 at the Perkasie Fire Hall, 100 N. 5th Street, Perkasie but public comment will be received during the 45-day review period.
Based on the current Governor’s COVID-19 Disaster Declaration and Mitigation Order the Planning Commission meeting is being held with special meeting protocol. Six feet social distancing and masks will be adhered to. Pre-registration is required by contacting the Township Manager by 3:00pm on October 8, 2020 to ensure conformity with indoor attendance protocol.
