8092 Richlandtown and 4610 Axe Handle Roads totaling 131.52 acres (parcels 12-006-039; 12-006-040; 12-006-041; 12-006-042)
Notice is hereby given that the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors has received a proposal for an addition to the Haycock Township Agricultural Security Area within East Rockhill Township, pursuant to the Agricultural Area Security Law, Act 43 of 1981. The proposal is on file and available for public inspection at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Office located at 1622 N. Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944 by appointment during regular business hours.
Any affected Municipality and any landowners who own land which is within, adjacent to, or near the area proposed to be included in the addition to the above named Agricultural Security Area may propose changes to the proposed addition within 15 days of the date this notice is published. Such proposed changes must be submitted to the East Rockhill Township Office on or before February 25, 2021.
Upon expiration of the aforementioned 15-day period, the proposed additions to the aforementioned Agricultural Security Area and any proposed changes will be submitted to the East Rockhill Township Planning Commission and the Bucks County Planning Commission for review and recommendation. Thereafter, a public hearing will be held by the East Rockhill Township Supervisors to consider the Haycock Township Agricultural Security Area addition proposal, any proposed modifications and any recommendations from the Planning Commissions.
