Notice is hereby given that the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on July 25, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., at the East Rockhill Township municipal building, 1622 Ridge Road Perkasie, PA 18944 to consider for possible adoption an Ordinance, of which this notice is a summary, amending Chapter 26 of the Township Code of Ordinances by revising the district for mandatory connection to public water service. A summary of the Ordinance is as follows:
The proposed ordinance corrects the name of the public water provider from Perkasie Borough Authority to Perkasie Regional Authority; provides for a mandatory water connection district in the area north of Old Bethlehem Pike and Three Mile Run and requires all property owners to connect within that district within ninety (90) days of notice provided such connection is to be provided without cost to the property owner with the exception of well-decommissioning.

Article III - Severability.
Article IV - Effective date is five (5) days after adoption.
