The Department of Conservation & Natural Resources (DCNR) is starting the Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan process for 2025-2029. This is an important document that will guide future recreation investments, policies and programs.
They want to hear from everyone - from Pennsylvania's recreation enthusiasts to occasional and future recreators.
