To clarify the updated sewer & street light payment portal, for customers who do not want to incur any processing fees, the Township will continue to accept an Automatic ACH Payment Form. If you are already an established automatic ACH payment customer, no action is necessary.
East Rockhill is excited to announce our new and improved online bill payment portal to better serve our sewer and street light customers!
- Take advantage of bill due reminders delivered to your primary contact method, either by text, email or both.
- Set up your bill delivery preference.
- View, download and print bill copies & payment history.
- Save payment information for future use, stored under bank-grade security.
- Pay by debit or credit card. A $3.00 or 3% convenience fee, whichever is greater, will be assessed by the payment processing company.
- Pay by E-check. A $1.50 convenience fee will be assessed by the payment processing company.
- Pay by Phone 833-505-8155. A $3.00 or 3% convenience fee, whichever is greater, will be assessed by the payment processing company.
- Setup recurring payment with autopay. A convenience fee will be assessed by the payment processing company depending on credit card or E-check information. To avoid convenience fees, an Automatic ACH Recurring Payment Form can still be submitted directly to the Township.
- Setup unlimited billing accounts and pay with one payment transaction.
All customers with an existing online account will need to create a new online profile to access the updated website, confirm their settings and add new features before making payment with the next sewer billing cycle which will be mailed 10/1/2024 and due 10/30/2024.
