The East Rockhill Township 2025 Preliminary Budget showing receipts and expenditures in the amount of $8,178,812, all funds is available for public inspection.
Public comment, questions or concerns can be directed to the Township Manager.
The Board of Supervisors will receive public comment and consider the budget for adoption at their regular meeting on November 26, 2024 at 7:00 PM.
Budget Highlights:
- No increase to real estate tax millage or street light assessment for properties within the district
- Sewer usage rate increase of $10 a month or $120 annually in order to to adequately recover the costs associated with providing wastewater services
- Anticipated Roadwork:
- Ultra-thin bonded wearing course in the PInes I development. This includes Deer Run Road, Buck Drive, Pine Court and a section of Campus Drive
- Design finalized and a section of Hill Road widened with shoulder work
- Oil & chip application on Clymer Road from Mountain View to Sternermill Road & on West Rock Road
- Mill & overlay on Harriet Drive, Meadow Lane, Willow Court
- Overlay on Old Bethlehem Pike, Perkasie Regional Authority public water project
- Parks:
- Iron & Moods Bridge Parks: Path overlay Blooming Glen Road to Borough border and streambank repair which is pending DEP permit approval
- Willard H. Markey Centennial Park Golf Driving Range equipment updated
- Public Works maintenance building replacement at Municipal Complex
- Pennridge Regional Police 24/7 coverage
- MS4 stormwater improvements as mandated by DEP for Federal compliance
- Consultant expenses related to Rock Hill Quarry
